About QBT
Quantum Brain Tutoring began with a question: could an understanding of the brain, educational psychology and teaching practice create a more individual—and more effective—experience for Students?

From neuroscience to the classroom.

QBT grew from the desire to understand the person doing the learning—not only the subject being taught.
Christos’s journey from Student to Founder began with a BSc in Medical Neuroscience at the University of Sussex, followed by a Postgraduate Certificate in Education.
He went on to work as a private Tutor and within independent schools including Epsom College and Christ’s Hospital, with Physics as a specialty.
The result is an approach that uses a carefully designed assessment to help Tutors think about communication, pace, confidence and learning preferences—while keeping strong teaching and subject knowledge at the centre.
The QBT principles
Personalisation, experience and human connection work together. None replaces strong subject teaching; each helps it land more effectively.
The Student is not treated as a generic set of grades. QBT considers how they learn, communicate and build confidence.
The team brings varied subject knowledge and teaching experience across school levels, settings and examination demands.
A Student who feels understood is better placed to ask questions, attempt difficult work and develop independence.
